Anya began her career at a large Marketing Strategist Agency in New York City, working with some of the worlds largest beauty brands, such as Benefit Cosmetics. Her maturing passion for Beauty & Skin expanded into a career as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician.
Over the past 12 years in the aesthetics industry, she has become a practice growth expert working as the Director of Operations for the largest non-institutionally backed aesthetic treatment center chain in the United States. There, she also dueled as a Marketing Strategist to build a partnership with beauty industry titan, Sephora.
Anya has privately consulted hundreds of practices on how to affordably build, scale, and grow successful businesses. Her proven results, passion for the industry & hands on support approach is transforming the aesthetic space.
